We understand that visiting a new church can often be an intimidating experience. When new folks visit our church, we want them to be at ease! Your first visit to Boeke Road Baptist Church will be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for the whole family. We want you to enjoy the revival music, Bible preaching, interactive children’s classes, helpful adult Bible classes, and a place where you can truly feel “right at home”. Below are a few questions you may have before visiting our friendly church.
What type of church are you?
We are an independent, fundamental, Baptist church. For a better understanding of the spirit of our beliefs, you may want to review our doctrinal statement.
When are your services?
Boeke Road Baptist Church provides three separate opportunities per week for you to attend. Below is our weekly schedule:
Sunday Services
10:00 AM – Sunday School and Bible Classes for All Ages
11:00 AM – Morning Worship Service
6:00 PM – Evening Service
Wednesday
7:00 PM – Wednesday Evening Prayer and Bible Study
7:00 PM – Teens on Target: Youth Service and Bible Study
How to I get to your facility?
What can I expect on my first visit?
Here at BRBC, you can expect to find a warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with a sincere desire to grow in Christ. During any one of our services, you will enjoy uplifting, revival congregational music, along with heartfelt specials by many of our members. The music is always followed by a clear, helpful, and challenging Bible message from Pastor Russ. Each of our services are approximately an hour in length. Also, during both the 10:00 AM hour on Sunday mornings, there are Sunday school and Bible classes for every age group. These classes are smaller group settings where you are invited to meet people, enjoy perhaps some coffee and donuts, and hear a teaching lesson more directly applicable to your stage of life.
Do you have a nursery?
Yes, our nursery is dedicated to taking special care of your children in a safe facility while you participate in our weekly services. Nursery is provided at every service found on the schedule listed above.
What about my teens?
Our youth ministries are focused on presenting young people with the Gospel, then cultivating that in their lives through Sunday morning Bible classes and our Wednesday evening youth hour, “Teens on Target”. This Wednesday evening service is geared towards the needs of today’s young people, and is held weekly at 7:00 PM. Teens will experience exciting games, singing, and preaching on their level. There are also extra-curricular activities scheduled on a monthly basis that your teens may participate in.
